This system is provided in support of the security of the nation's drinking water and wastewater critical infrastructure and is restricted to authorized users only, including vetted water and wastewater utility personnel, partner Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and their authorized representatives.

By continuing, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

• Use of this system constitutes consent to monitoring, recording, and auditing of all activity on this system, at any time and without further notice. There is no expectation of privacy in any use of this system.
• Unauthorized access, use, or modification of this system or its data is strictly prohibited and may subject you to criminal, civil, and/or administrative action.
• Evidence of unauthorized or illegal activity may be provided to law enforcement and other authorities for investigation and prosecution.
• This system may contain information related to critical infrastructure security and must be safeguarded in accordance with applicable federal and state law and your organization's policies.
• You must not share your credentials or grant system access to any unauthorized individual.
